3. The different ripples or circles of the diagram in your workbook correspond to the different areas of your life that we identified above in week 1: Relationships, Career/Finances, Physical Health, Mental/Emotional Health
Life Purpose.
In each area put a few words that describe how that ego expression affects that area of your life. For example, if insecurity or self-doubt is your primary unhealthy ego expression, in your personal relationships this might show up as you being shy, timid, or being inauthentic. In your work/career it might mean that you don’t share ideas and get passed over for promotions. In your physical health it might mean that you get easily discouraged because of self-doubt and don’t stick with physical practices that provide health benefits. Mentally or emotionally, self-doubt could show up as emotional eating, etc.
