So here we are . . . you did it, Soulful Hero! You completed the Hero’s Journey to Personal Freedom 4-Week Program. That says a lot about who you are and your commitment to being all of who you are, to fulfilling your unique human potential. Thank you!
I suspect that you already know that when we take on a new belief, a practice, or way of being, something else has to go.
So what old beliefs or ways of being have to be released in order for you to step into new possibilities?
What will let go of—today—that has outlived its usefulness, that you’re ready to shed like an old shoe or a snakeskin that can no longer contain who you are becoming?
Today begins a new way of living! When we move beyond the limitations of the baseball (the ego), we step into the reality of the stadium, which is a new world, a new game with new rules. Get ready for stuff to happen that we use words like magic or miracles to describe, because we lack the language for it.
Yes, this way of living is heroic. It requires courage, commitment. But it is infinitely worthwhile. Your rewards? Freedom. A life that works. Relationships that have a chance. A new perspective. A sense of meaning and purpose. Personal empowerment.
And remember, you don’t have to do it alone!

Here are some recent accomplishments of other Soulful Heroes who committed to their fullest selves and dove deeper into understanding the ego, soulful power, relationships, and purpose.
- One participant found a new relationship after identifying and releasing old patterns of self-sabotage and falling for unavailable men.
- A talented songwriter who had been stuck creatively for years finally released his new CD. His GoFundMe campaign exceeded his goal and expectations threefold.
- Another participant married and is completing renovations with her new husband as they weave their two families together. Not only that: after a months-long job search, because of her showing up as an empowered leader in her workplace, she accepted a huge promotion as she turned down other offers left and right.
- A life coach finally launched his practice after years of sitting on his certification because of self-doubt and feeling like an impostor. He has already offered one live retreat and has a second one scheduled.
- Another life coach also had a big breakthrough. After years of settling for unsatisfactory jobs to barely get by and pay the bills, he finally stopped waffling and doubting and launched his specialty group coaching program for creative types in recovery, signing up three paying clients in a month.
All these wins and accomplishments stemmed from their willingness to dive in and face themselves. Heroically. As a result, they were able to identify and clear areas of their lives where mindset issues and unhealed past events had blocked them from experiencing happiness, personal empowerment, and purpose.
