Weekend Retreats are typically offered in a traditional 3-day, 3-night format, with 4 Soulful Breathwork sessions. Retreats held at our tranquil Miami venue are non-residential; most others are residential, with participants staying on-site.

Week-Long Retreats offer the rare opportunity to fully “unplug” from the worries of daily life. Held in deeply spiritual, visually breathtaking locations, our week-long retreats include on-site accommodations and meals for 7 days and nights with multiple breathwork sessions.
